REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM

You must be 21+ years old to apply, and not be currently booked with Maiden, Mother, Crone Photography for the for Birth Story Photography. Must be currently pregnant with an estimated due date in 2023 or 2024. Must reside and plan to birth within a 50 mile radius of San Jose, CA. Inclusive of all birth plans, including home, hospital, cesarean, and birth center births. Must sign a contract and pay 33% investment deposit to secure coverage by August 31st 2023. Payment plans available.
